The recently appointed Librarian of the Federal University of Technology, Akure, Dr. Robert Akinade Awoyemi has formally assumed duty.He said his focus will be in human capital development because librarianship is no longer static, but with lots of innovation with new things in the world of information science. He cited Artificial Intelligence and Robotics as new development in the world. He promised to improve networking driven by ICT to drive an inclusive library service delivery.
