The Nigeria Universities Nurses Forum, Federal University of Technology, Akure Chapter led by its chairman joined the celebration of the year 2024 Nurses week. And in the mood of celebration, they paid a courtesy visit to the Registrar Mr. Charles Olusegun Adeleye who warmly received alongside senior officials of the University Registry.
The Chief Nursing Officer, Mrs. Omolola Osunmakinwa thanked the Registrar and his team for the warm reception and restated the nurses’ readiness to continue to work for the benefit of the University. She appealed to the registrar to look into some of the forums pressing needs.
In his response, the Registrar, Mr. Charles Olusegun Adeleye, congratulated the Nurses Forum for witnessing 2024 Nurses celebration. He noted that their services towards human welfare was an inspiring one which could not be discarded by any organization. He thereafter noted their demands and assured them that their requests would be favourably considered by the Professor Adenike Oladiji led University management.
